WARWICK GREYHOUND STADIUM

The greyhound track in the Warwickshire county town of Warwick was off Emscote Road and was situated at 1° 33' W 52° 17' N. It first opened for racing in 1927 and operated as an independent flapping track throughout its history. The track had a circumference of 360 metres and ran sprints over 275 metres, standard races over 450 metres, distance races over 610 metres and extended races over 810 metres.

The track closed for racing in 2007 but remains intact.
